@  Markus Doerig : (30 August 2015 - 21:08) Server is back - Sorry for the Interruption - Thanks to Nina for contacting me
@  bruce : (25 August 2015 - 22:25) Yes, Bouchard will likely come back to have some success, but I doubt that she's going to be a superstar of the game. At the same time, she will probably already have enough dough from endorsements to retire very well.
@  bruce : (25 August 2015 - 22:23) Thanks for that on Jelena. I kinda figured she was washed up. I saw her win an event that is defunct in Sarasota, maybe the last one she won. At that time, her crazy dad was banned from all WTA events. She signed an autograph for me--a really beautiful girl, I had to say.
@  John Straiton : (25 August 2015 - 07:00) Can't say that I agree Bob!
As I see it, Jelena was very close, perhaps abnormally close to her father. Therefor any stupid thing that he did, especially in public, was magnified many times over what a more normal relationship would have inflicted on her.

Bob, as for Eugenie, just how many glossies would you like? There could be some potentially very torrid shots that she could come up with, just for you! :sigh:
@  bobo : (25 August 2015 - 04:07) Doesn't matter. Her brief blip of fame has her a multi millionaire. She can retire today and live large for the rest of here young life. And good for her. To be fair, and you all know I'm a fair toad, eugenie has had an abdominal injury for months. Take care of your body Genie. You are responsible for it. No one else.
@  bobo : (25 August 2015 - 03:57) Bouchard is either injured to should be working in a fast food drive through. Would you like a meal with that? No, just the fries. But I'm Genie Bouchard. I was way famous before I sucked and got this managerial position at Burger King. Today just for you only $5 for a topless picture of me in a tennis pose. Wadda you say? ^_^
@  bobo : (25 August 2015 - 03:48) John my man. Get a grip. People are 100% responsible for their own lives. And that's all I've got to say about that! ^_^
@  John Straiton : (25 August 2015 - 01:30) There's plenty on the internet about Jelena. None of it is good. She's 32 now and not really serious about a comeback. A really beautiful woman, whose career was ruined by her crazy father!
@  bruce : (25 August 2015 - 01:04) Anybody heard any news on Jelena Dokic or Lina Krasnoroutskaya (maybe spelled correctly). Is either one still playing?
@  bruce : (25 August 2015 - 00:22) When you only win one game against Roberta Vinci, then maybe you're on the way down.
@  John Straiton : (24 August 2015 - 23:30) Eugenie Bouchard already out to Roberta Vinci in round 1 6/0,6/1. Well anyway, I'll give her a salute for quickness! She's almost as fast as the speed of light. In salute to Eugenie's hyper velocity performance, I'll say this for her...."There was a young lady so bright, she could play faster than light, she started to play...in a "relative" way..and,came back the previous night". :sigh:
@  John Straiton : (24 August 2015 - 01:32) Who says I can't pick em! :sigh:
@  tennispanther : (23 August 2015 - 20:50) Roger wins the Cincinnati title!!!
@  Tony Lau : (23 August 2015 - 05:01) Visit Taiwan sometime, food there is nice :D
@  bobo : (23 August 2015 - 04:25) I apologize Tony. I thought they were from China! I love Taiwan. :P
@  Tony Lau : (22 August 2015 - 23:21) bobo: They are from Taiwan, get it right!
@  Tony Lau : (22 August 2015 - 23:20) Marti/Sania lost to Hao-Ching and Yung-Jan in match tie-break
@  bobo : (22 August 2015 - 23:20) So Team Hingis was down 5-1 in the first set, then win the next 9 of 10 games, losing the first see 6-4, winning the second 6-0. Then they tank the tie break, as the Commies win it 10-6 and take the match.
@  hilarius : (22 August 2015 - 21:40) On Aug 22, 2005 not 2015!!
@  hilarius : (22 August 2015 - 21:39) 10 years ago on Aug 22,2015 a silent girl rose to No.1 for the first time!!!!

Martina and 'Tash In-my-Bedingfield!!! Both of those women are sooooo in love with me.I hope they didn't talk about me: I don't want them to know about each other ...... on the other hand..... 'menage a trois' is a phrase I've always wanted to learn more about. :D Posted ImageGentlemen, the word you are looking for is "Phwoar!" :D

Martina looks great.I think this whole thing is interesting/ I looked up Martina's first two press conferences at the US OPen after her wins. (There does not appear to be a transcript after her loss). There is video on both press conferences. She looks very happy and very attractive in both videos, aas she does in these pictures. This does not exactly seem like a girl struggling through the calling off of her engagement, something that often can be devastating, especially to women.Either Martina is a very good actress, or she is happy to be single again. What I am wondering is, what role if any did this break up play in her third round loss?

I've just realised that Martina lost in the 3rd round of Wimbledon when Radek left England before her and then she losses in the 3rd round again after she breaks up with him...
She played the game with an imperious air, an unheard of flair.

Martina does look happy on these pics. but who knows how she really fealls. Martina was asked by the German speaking media ( after her first match ) if the break up was upsetting her game. And her answer was that it's normal and also many other things which she feels at the moment can influence her game. I hope she overcomes it soon because afterall she broke up the engagement.
