@  bobo : (21 December 2014 - 03:46) That's "A dog is to a fire hydrant".
@  bobo : (21 December 2014 - 03:45) John my man, have you seen Clooney's new wife? Off the charts hot and smart. Read an article recently about how she married down. Amal is a pretty high profile lawyer!
@  bobo : (21 December 2014 - 03:36) Hey Bruce, just for the record, we currently have a fascist who is very fond of extermination. The extermination of what made America great, our constitution. A dod is to a fire hydrant as Obama is to the US Constitution! Any questions?
@  John Straiton : (20 December 2014 - 23:10) Just when I didn't think politics could get any smellier,it looks like George Looney is thinking about getting into politics. You want to talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel, that's it.
@  bruce : (20 December 2014 - 22:33) Hope that Santa is good to Marti and brings her s Slam at the Aussie Open next year!
@  bruce : (20 December 2014 - 22:32) No, I don't really think that anything short of a really serious medical problem will stop Hill at this point. Jeb, well he while staying cool, is probably hot to be the opponent. I wonder how this all will affect Bill's friendship with the senior Bushes. Perhaps not that well.
@  bruce : (20 December 2014 - 22:30) Yeah, that's just what we need--another Fascist who likes to exterminate the population.
@  bobo : (20 December 2014 - 07:43) In terms of body count, Mao & Lenin were way worse than Hitler. Pol Pot was no picnic either!
@  bobo : (20 December 2014 - 07:41) We need a sane populist constitutionalist to save the republic. In 1920's 30's it was that delightful chap, Adolf Hitler. We can do better.
@  John Straiton : (20 December 2014 - 07:22) Sorry I meant, Hillary. Nice ankles though.
@  John Straiton : (20 December 2014 - 07:20) Age and health issues could keep Hilary from running. Personally I can't think of a single politician that I'd let within a hundred miles of the white house.
@  bobo : (20 December 2014 - 07:05) Sophmore in HS! https://www.youtube....h?v=zsGy-ndBhUc
@  bobo : (20 December 2014 - 06:54) Here's another one R! I was a freshman in high school. https://www.youtube....h?v=OZ-bdlPqJME
@  Rutherford : (20 December 2014 - 06:20) Bob: yea, Black people have made some Incredible music contributions. hahaha.
@  bobo : (20 December 2014 - 04:30) I have fond memories of Cuban cigars! I smuggled 1 box of high quality cigars into the US from a trip to Mexico. You can fly to Cuba from Mexico no problem. I was stopped at customs and interrogated about the cigars that I had in a plastic bag with no labels on them. My retort. Hey, I purchased them ion Playa del Carmen from a woman that was hand rolling cigars. That's why there are no labels. The customs guy reluctantly passed me thru! I won't say how much that I sold the cigars for, but it paid my air fare and much of my 3 week stay in Mexico! Crazy.
@  bobo : (20 December 2014 - 04:21) Don't have a crystal ball, but neither Hillary or Jeb will be running. No one in their right mind would vote for either of them. No way I would.
@  Collective : (18 December 2014 - 23:04) *importing
@  Collective : (18 December 2014 - 23:04) Looks like exporting Cuban pitchers, rum and cigars will be easier. Good stuff.
@  bruce : (18 December 2014 - 21:17) As for scum-bag politics, I'm ready to predict right now that it'll be Hillary against another scion of the Bush family, Jeb, as the two running for Prez in 2016. I also predict that Hillary will be the winner of said contest. Also, ready to predict Marti reaches the top five in doubs next year. Any others ready to predict out of their crystal balls?
@  bruce : (18 December 2014 - 21:15) I guess I liked baseball at one time. Now, it just seems like a bunch of rich athletes moving from team to team looking for the biggest contracts. And taking a lot of steroids to make themselves better.

Out.Mitarbeit: Milena Ragaz http://www.blick.ch/people/schweiz/verlobu...fgeloest-144571

Certainly it would be nice to read some English explanation of the break-up, I'm just guessing that if I were in Andy's shoes and my girlfriend accepted a marriage proposal then turned around and gave me a long list of "things" she was going to be engaged in (pardon the pun) for the rest of the year...I'd be very disappointed...Martina you can't have it both ways...either you commit to a marriage or not...and her long standing reputation of "opting out" must have won over. Sad! :D Lois :P

That's why I'd never want to become her boyfriend ! She has "used" too much boyfriends in her life. A very good friendship with her will make me delighted but I only am dreaming here anyway :P If she isn't ready for the big stuff, she has to think much better before saying " YES " ... Bet he musts be devastated.

No explanation in any of the articles quoted here, mere hypotheses. The break up is not official, if I understand well she would have broken and told it to close friends, but neither Bieri nor Mario confirmed. They didn't meet in the last three weeks.Chrischan, you were right!

:D :P :( When it comes to "The Princess" who can say! Well, who other than about 47 other boy friends. However, IMO, I'd say that It's about as difficult to set Martina off, as pulling a greased pin on a hand grenade. :( In a nutshell, and in accordance with my oun instincts and observations, i'vecome to the following conclusion. In the eyes of "The Princess", and, in accordance to how you conduct yourself at all times when together, you'reeither a "Prince Among Men" today, or, you're just plain ol "Asswipe" tomorrow. :P

Has Martina dumped Donny Osmond? In the words of the great philosopher, Homer Simpson, "woohoo!" :DShe's now free to start dating me :P(Don't be shy, Martina, just 'phone up for an appointment :P)She was too good for him anyway - he seemed like a nice guy, but.... I dunno... ladies would have to say, really, it's difficult for a straight guy to know.... he was successful, wealthy, young(ish), so why was he single? Maybe he's boring? If he was worth her time she'd have stolen him from another woman, but she didn't need to. In my view, 'Mr Hingis' needs to be a prize, a trophy husband, y'know? She's the hunter; easy prey bores her. I hope she hunts me :D I promise to pretend to put up a fight! :P

Nah, I dunno, Nina. 12 ain't so much. Sleeping with 12, well, maybe. Even then, I'm not sure.If Herr Zwölf, oder Herr Dreizehn is the man that makes you happy, well, that's what matters, coz you'll be with him for 50 or 60 years.Just so long as he makes you smile and treats you right :( No sense in rushing into these things and saying "OMG! he's my 4th boyfriend, I'd better marry him even though I think he's an arsehole!" :D When the good lord made time, he made plenty of it. Don't rush :(
"You were caught in the crossfire of childhood and stardom"

That line always makes me think of Martina at Roland Garros in `99. Poor kid.

Parting is all we know of heaven and all we need of hell.
